Design of bifunctional air electrodes based on the reaction fields between oxygen reduction reaction and oxygen evolution reaction

چکیده
Large overpotential is one of the critical issues bifunctional air electrodes for metal–air secondary batteries and alkaline regenerative fuel cells. To overcome this problem, construction gas diffusion providing plenty amount reaction fields oxygen reduction evolution are necessary. In work, we investigate in by comparing resistances with different electrolyte solutions catalyst layer thicknesses to improve electrode. It suggested that concentrate on side sides layer, respectively. Based assignment, fabricate a electrode where catalysts are, respectively arranged layer. This showed both lower higher cyclability than those loaded same opposed mixed configuration. result verifies assignment shows impact arrangement activity durability electrodes.
